If you’re reinstalling Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 and does not have
a media, what you need to do is to download the UPGRADE

You need to download this from a different computer and have it
saved to the desktop and have this saved to a flash drive
afterwards. But the flashdrive will need to be a bootable drive. How
can you make a bootable drive?
You need to download the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool from

***NOTE: You might be wondering why we’re using Windows “7”
instead of Windows “8” USB/DVD Download tool. Well, there’s no
such thing as “Windows 8 USB/DVD Download tool”. But using
Windows 7 USB/DVD tool is very much compatible in creating a
Bootable USB for Windows 8 or 8.1
