April 1, 2026 To whom it may concern: As principals of St. Francis Xavier Elementary and Beckman Catholic High School, we are pleased to offer our strongest recommendation for the Steier Group following the successful completion of our recent capital campaign. This campaign came at a pivotal moment in the life of our schools, as we prepared to unify into one school system effective this summer. Undertaking a major fundraising effort during a time of transition presented both an opportunity and a challenge. The campaign ultimately became a powerful vehicle for unification, strengthening a shared mission and vision across both of our schools. Our last major fundraising effort occurred over a decade ago and many of our supporters were unfamiliar with how a campaign at this level would be conducted.
