WOODBINE — Emily Drusilla
Drury was a 49-year-old mother of
two who loved photography, sewing,
poetry, and arts and crafts.
She worked in the cafeteria for the
Head Start program in Woodbine and
lived quietly along an isolated stretch
of McKinnon Road
in White Oak where
little traffic passes by
thelongdrivewaythat
leads to her home.
Her death on Sept.
4, 2013, ruled a homicide, remains a
mystery to the Camden County Sheriff’s
Office, which has had few leads in the
case.
Capt. William Terrell, a spokesman
for the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, said it’s “pretty rare” to have so
few leads in a murder investigation.
“Usually you can narrow down suspects pretty fast,” Terrell said.
