LUMINA DATAMATICS: The new name for the merged Datamatics
Publishing & Retail Solutions business with PreMedia Global
May 22, 2014, Mumbai (India)
Datamatics Publishing & Retail Solutions and PreMedia Global announced their merger in
August last year. Having completed the merger process and the integration, the two
companies are ready to launch the merged company’s new name and brand.

name “Lumina” embodies the new company’s objective to help its customers grow their
markets by ‘illuminating’ or ‘discovering’ the power of data & content in their business.
