College students are notorious for a lot of things
-- allnighters, pranks, music videos and trends. One
thing that college students aren’t known for? Healthy
sleeping habits.
It doesn’t matter how you cut it -- getting enough sleep is vital
to maintaining your GPA. So make sure to put down that
textbook and close the blinds if you want to keep your 4.0 -and your health.

most sleep-deprived populations,
with 73% reporting issues sleeping
and only 11% claiming to sleep
well.
Sleep deprivations has a negative
impact on concentration, memory
and the ability to learn. For college
students, that allnighter may lead
