Lesemann,J.S.C., sitting in chancery, found the author to be qualified to testify as an expert in the field of "forensic accounting." The rising intonation in his voice made it as much a question as a statement. Of course, this was not the first time the courts had admitted expert accounting testimony, but, from the court's apparent unfamiliaritywith the term, it could very well be the first time a New Jersey court admitted expert forensicaccounting testimony by name.
