qualified home inspector with decades of experience through work as a
firefighter, general contractor, and inspector
Scott has been green certified by Building Science Fundamentals,
is a Certified Mold Inspector for residences, and is an ICC
building inspector and NSPF pool inspector. In addition to his
certifications, he has been a member of various construction,
firefighter, and home inspector associations, including CREIA,
ICBO, and the International Code Council.
