1. Use Order Set #3280 (screen shot below). There will be a total of four medication orders to complete.
Be sure to put a check mark in the box next to Aspirin Daily Dose-Required. This will expand the order so you can
select either EC 81 mg or EC 325 mg.
2. Clopidogrel/Placebo STAT dose
The dose defaults to 8 Tab and a STAT ONCE frequency. Be sure to enter the assigned bottle number into the
administration instructions field. (See screen shot on next page.) You will administer the stat loading dose using
tablets from the bottle labeled for the Clopidogrel/Placebo Daily Dose order.
