RiverTalk FREE July 17, 2015 | Volume 6, No.06 FREE July 17, 2015 | Volume 6, No.06 River RiverTALK TALK It is a day of art, music and fun in downtown Enderby on Saturday, July 25. The Enderby Arts Festival hits the streets with all kinds of activities, performances and special events to keep everyone entertained and busy. Presented by the Enderby and District Arts Council, the event evolved from an artisans’ market held in conjunction with the tube float 10 years ago to the current all-day art extravaganza. The Enderby Lions Club kicks things off with a pancake breakfast on Belvedere Street from 8-10:30 a.m. Artisans of every ilk will fill Belvedere Street and Cliff Avenue with their wares from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. You can peruse artwork, wood creations, jewellery, stained glass, leatherwork, fly fishing lures, weaving, pottery and more. “It’s a huge array for the market this year,” commented EDAC secretary Neil Fidler.
