Boating supporters came out in force to a delegated public hearing on the new Area F official community plan to express their dis- pleasure with the boating regulations report that was on the regular agenda of the July 7 Electoral Area Advisory Committee of the Regional District of North Okanagan. “All the boaters that were there, and there were lots, claimed foul; that they were not consulted,” said Area F Director Her- man Halvorson
