Divorce attorney Paula Salinger engages in extortion by threatening letter, abuse of process, wrongful use of civil proceedings, and influencing a witness by fraud in Sacramento Family Court contempt proceeding. Family law attorney Paula D. Salinger is a Sacramento Superior Court judge pro tem. Salinger unlawfully threatens the opposing party and contempt witness with sanctions if they do not drop a pending contempt matter. As a matter of law, a party may not request sanctions or other affirmative relief in response to a contempt accusation.
