Desert Recreation District Administrative Manual SUBJECT: Procurement Policy and Procedure Manual SECTION: General Administration POLICY NUMBER: AP211 – Revised DATE APPROVED: May 11, 2011 REVISION DATE: August 29, 2015 Purpose The purpose of this policy is to implement the provisions of Desert Recreation District (“DRD” or “District”) Resolution No. 11-10 which sets out the law governing District procurement and which provides that “all District procurement shall be enacted through the AP10 Policy and Procedure Manual [adopted with that Resolution].” (See also Public Contracts Code Sections 20815 and following).
