Responsibilities: The successful incumbent will be responsible for: • Manage the reception area at the HR Department. • Receiving, screening, and transferring incoming calls • Various office administrative duties including the scanning, photocopying, laminating, receiving, and filing of HR related documents. • Assist with the obtaining and capturing of employee data. • Archive records and check the safe keeping of all records. • Arranging and scheduling of meetings, including booking of venues and catering when required. • Contacting shortlisted candidates and setting up interviews (online and in-person). • Receive all visitors in a courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate person. • Order, control, and issue of HR stationery. • Undertake any other reaso
