It is a summary of important dates for the IDP review, budget preparation and public participation opportunities. Details in terms of mechanism, processes and procedure for the participation opportunities will be communicated in due time by the rele- vant departments. Communities are invited to submit written inputs for capital and operational projects by 31 October 2026. People who cannot read or write will be assisted at all municipal offices. Submissions should be addressed to the Municipal Manager and delivered at any of the municipal office or submitted to any Councillor in writing.
