POSITION OVERVIEW To represent the Fund by communicating its Rules, policies and procedures for walk in clients and during member education workshops. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES o Prepare, customise and have presentation approved to meet own style as well demographics of member base. o Promotion and communication of Fund products o Engaging potential members through one-on-one consultations as well as group presentations. o Facilitate induction programmes for Municipalities ensuring that new employees at the Municipality are fully aware of the Fund rules and benefits. o Build relationships with existing clients, HR, leadership in Municipalities, unions, new clients and potential new clients. o Liaise with claims and contributions teams ensuring a good working relationship to answer member queries. o Maintain an effective working relationship with the Board, service providers
