NOTICE OF 3rd PUBLIC MEETING: ESTABLISHING A COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (“CID”) FOR GRAAFF-REINET PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: 1. Derek Light, the registered owner of Erf no. 692, 87 Somerset Street, Graaff-Reinet intends to apply for the establishment of a Community Improvement District (CID) in terms of the Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality: Community Improvement District By-law, 2025 (the “By-law”) read with the Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality: Community Improvement District Policy, 2025 (the “Policy”) The proposed Graaff-Reinet CID (the GRT CID) will include all non-residential and residential properties within the following geographical boundaries: • Horseshoe Following the public meeting on the 9th of December 2025 and 15th of January 2026, changes have been made to the CID boundary and Business Plan.
