VACANCY: ERP ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – TREATS Montego Pet Nutrition, a market leader in the South African Pet Food Industry, is looking for a focused, motivated and driven person to take up the position as Administrative Assistant in the Treats production unit. The individual w ill have demonstrated experience in performing the follow ing duties: • Plan production tasks and schedules to meet deadlines for orders • Develop and review the production plan with the Production Unit Manager • Create batch orders, as per the production plan, on F&O and allocate to Report as Finished (RAF) on a daily basis • Monitor the execution of the production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion • Annalise delays and interruptions and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadlines • Communicate the production status to all relevant personnel on a regular basis • Ensure stock is barcoded and labelled correctly before transferred to WH03, LOC2 (Varuna) and LOC3 (SASKO) • Stoc
