IT Technician – Field Support & Infrastructure Location: Graaff Reinet Employment Type: Full-Time Department: IT Graaff Reinet We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Technician in Graaff Reinet, to be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Group’s IT and Security infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work with a range of technologies—from network installations to CCTV, alarms, telephones, and electric fencing. Duties  Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company IT policies.  Collaborate with property managers and the Team Lead to deliver solutions.  Keep project and service documentation accurate and up to date.  Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.  Complete daily checklists and submit reports to the IT Team Lead.  Monitor devices and network connectivity across multiple sites.  Ensure all stock, tools, and equipment are ready and in good working condition.  Maintain safety and compliance standards.  Troubleshoot wireless connect Less
