OR23648397_ML PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in terms of Section 33 of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), Act 56 of 2003, that Hessequa Municipality intends to enter into transversal contract RT46-2026 that will impose financial obligations on the Municipality for a period exceeding three (3) financial years, for the PROVISION OF VEHICLE FLEET MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000, that: 1.
