WORKSHOP ADMIN OFFICER Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: • Liaise with Workshop Manager to determine and communicate defect or problems with vehicles • Manage vehicle bookings • Administer quotes and invoices • Assist with stock control • Maintain accurate, updated records of preventative maintenance • Reporting Desired Skills and Qualifications: • Three years previous experience in an administrative position, experience in parts administration will be beneficial. • A good understanding of Microsoft Office is a prerequisite. • Good communication skills. • Knowledge of procurement systems/software will be beneficial. • Must have a code 8 driver’s licence.
