MAY 29 - JUNE 11, 2023 Student-Run Breakfast Meeting… a “magical morning” hosted by Jackson North Medical Center T Aventura Marketing Council/Chamber of Commerce meeting showcased students from ten schools with Superintendent Dotres as guest speaker BY ELAINE ADLER his wasn’t the first Student- Run Breakfast Meeting of the Aventura Marketing Council/ Chamber of Commerce (AMC)… but it just may have been the most inspiring and emotional Student- Run Meeting in the 32-year history of the organization. Many months ago, when Sandra Severe, CEO of Jackson North Medical Center, joined the AMC Board of Directors, she asked an important question: “Which meeting would be best for my hospital to sponsor?” After hearing the options, there was no doubt — it would be the annual Student- Run Breakfast Meeting in May where students from the AMC’s ten partner schools would run the entire meeting.
