Vol. 43, No. 2 JANUARY 6, 2025 Arbetter Hot Dogs Hall of Fame celebration, Feb 17 BY GRANT MILLER, PUBLISHER The iconic Arbetter Hot Dogs is holding its highly anticipated Hall of Fame event on Pres- ident’s Day feb 17 at the restaurant, 8747 SW 40 St. The event will start at 11 a.m. It will be the largest Hall of Fame inductees in the Arbetter’s history. The inductees will include: Randy Burke (Southwest HS) Fred Ellis (Southwest HS) (Track Coach) (Deceased), Dr. Joe Greer (Columbus HS) (Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient), Dave Arbetter Golf coach Mike Marinelli (Columbus HS), Keith Cooper (Columbus HS), Vance Aloupis Michael Rosenthal, John Lynskey and Denise Ramirez (Columbus HS), (Former State Representative), Dr. Carter Burrus. Alina Hudak (Southwest HS) Joel Frenari (Southwest HS), (President and CEO of FIFA 2026), Thomas Kruczek (Columbus HS), Dave Arbetter will be on hand to pass out free cigars and free cake.
