Wasteful- On page 2, Nora asks a porter how much she should pay him, and
the porter replies that he requires fifty öre.
Nora gives the porter half of a crown
and tells the porter to keep the change.
One can infer that Nora is wasteful because
of the way she throws away money.

Secretive- Throughout the book, Nora tries to hide the fact that she forged
her father’s signature, and at the end of the book, Nora attempts to hide the
hairpin she used to try to get into the mailbox.
In both of these situations, Nora
is secretive about the truth and she tries to cover up the truth.

Selfish- In the first conversation between Nora and Mrs.
Linde, Nora
constantly brags about her and Torvald’s life such as them moving into a bigger
house, Torvald’s new job, and so on and so forth.
