The Vero Beach Police
Department is hosting a
RAD Kids class this summer
from July 8-12.
This is an opportunity for
your kids to learn how to
protect themselves against
"bad" strangers and dozens
of other personal safety topics.
This is a free class.
The class is Monday
through Friday for 90 minutes each day.
Students are
expected to attend class
each day.
Class times: For 5-7 years
olds, the class is from 9 a.
m.
to 10:30 a.
m.
For 8-12 year
olds, the class is from 2 p.
m.
to 3:30 p.
m.
All students must register
by July 3.

Turtle walks
to be held
The Pelican Island
National Wildlife Refuge
staff will be holding a guided walk to view nesting sea
turtles.
Sea turtles are an
endangered species, therefore it is required the public
