While attaining his degree from the university, Will
Pinkerton made his decision for his career path and
wouldn’t allow anything to
deter him from his goal.
His ambitions were to create traditional neighborhood
developments in South Dallas that focused on converting old and outdated buildings into profitable housing
properties.
Pinkerton graduated
from UTA with a master’s
in finance and real estate in
2002, and with then partner
Zad Roumaya, began converting wasted office space
within the city into luxury
condominiums.
Now with Options Real
Estate, Pinkerton is in the
business of urban infill and
green development.
