he Computer Science and Engineering Department wants to put technology to fun use by having a team of
robot dogs compete in the Robocup competition in Osaka, Japan, next year.
However, the robotic team members are
having a problem — kicking the bright pink
ball — and they need a team of students to
fix it.
“We want to build a team to compete in
the competition in robot soccer,” CSE assistant professor Manfred Huber said.
The department was one of 39 UTA
organizations that participated in the fourth
annual Technology Fair on Wednesday.
