The show started with DeRosa taking the stage and introducing himself as the host after
a few shoutouts to the audience.
After telling the crowd of
298 a few jokes about Austin
natives, he moved on to alcoholism.
Imitating an alcoholic
stumbling to a bar, he mentioned that people shouldn’t
name hard liquors things like
“whiskey” and “tequila.
”
“I need two shots of I Want
My Family Back,” he said.
He went on to talk about
what he considered useless
movies and majors, such as
dance.
After asking a few audience members if they had seen
Footloose, he offered to save
them the trouble.
“Just take a shit and stare at
it,” he said.
