2 0 07 - 2 0 0 8 The 30th Anniversary Collection 1 9 7 7 2 0 0 7 In 2007 and 2008 Hasbro celebrated the 30th anniversary of Star Wars with a fantastic line-up of action figures. Among them were many, many fan favorite figures which had been on wish lists for years, such as a Biggs Darklighter based on the deleted Tatooine scenes, or Boba Fett figures based on the animated cartoon from the Holiday Special and the McQuarrie concept. This Collection is actually the biggest of all ! More than 300 figures and 22 vehicles were packed. And for a lot of them came a collector’s coin. The most interesting point is the huge utilisation of the Battle Packs with more than 20 sets. This is a new way for Hasbro to satisfie the collectors. The 2-packs are also very present with the Order 66 2-packs and the Comic Packs who shows some all new figures.
