A good way to learn the handstand is to start you with half-handstands in which
you place your knees on a box horse.
This gives your beginners the feeling of being upside down
Then you can try the mule-kick:
MOMENTUM:
You can start from a kneeling position at the beginning.
Then kick one leg upwards while extending 90º the other one.
Then try the exercise holding your hands on
