Let's start from the
beginning. Most people have
a "sweet tooth" or at least
appreciate the delicious and aknost addictrve
nature of the palatable sweetness sugar
delivers. Before chocolates and candies, the
delightful and refreshing taste of fruit was
used for desserts. FRUCTOSE or the simple
sugar molecule found in most fruits is
deliciously sweet and easy for the
body to digest.
