Combining Crew Skills
To craft items, raw materials are needed, so you need to get those from somewhere.
You also need to make sure sure your crew is also proficient in the other 2 crew skills:
“Gathering Skills” and “Mission Skills”.
In doing so, you will get access to the materials you
need.
But not every Gathering or Mission Skill is needed for a Crafting Skill
For every crafting skill, there is 1 recommended Gathering Skill, and 1 recommended
Mission Skill.
In total you can have only 3 crew skills running at the same time anyway, so, when you
have one companion doing Crafting Skills, it makes sense to have two other companions
doing the “Gathering Skills” and the “Missions skills” that come with that particular SWTOR
crafting skill.
