In the drilling industry change is not something that happens often or comes easy.
Some of the same products and procedures placed 30 years ago may still be applied
to rigs today.
However, as technology has exponentially grown so has the equipment
for these drillings, yet trusting a new product in place of ones that may have been
used for years in some companies can be difficult.
On the other hand, just because a
product has been the norm, does not always mean it is the best.
You would not
