ECTcamera (EyeComTecCamera) is a program for working with a webcam or other video recording devices connected to a PC or a laptop. ECTcamera presents some distinctive features such as the ability to scale the images from the camera and select specific areas of them in the window, in case if the user-specified scale does not allow displaying the video in full size. ECTcamera works with various types of cameras, has an intuitive interface, the ability to select the used resolution, save screenshots and work with "hot keys" in order to create separate configuration files for each camera. The program can also be launched from the command line using the advanced options.
