„Urbanism is always a social corporation and vice versa.“1 According to the
citation the research builds upon some questions - "Who does the planning?",
"Who is developing the city?" - that are emerging the topic (question) of the
research - Selforganized planning and constructioning as an engine for the
small scaled urban development? - on one hand and the hypothesis on the
other - The present work assumes in front of all that a district development
can't be experienced in any positve way by selforganized structural
interventions. Against Luhmanns view, it is not about a side by side of a
systemic non-understanding of interdependential processes and decisions - in
which subjects and things as much as processes are investigated as they
consider theirs planning and theirs implantations into reality.
