A local interest group has launched a
£10m project to develop a village farm
into an affordable housing community
with a conference centre, café and
farm shop, My Kings News can reveal.
Hertfordshire County Council (HCC)
has placed Ballspond Farm, Chipperfield
Road, on the market for £2m - a listing
which has piqued the interest of local
residents who are eyeing up the land
for an ambitious community-minded
residential, commercial and farming
project.
