New doubts have emerged over the conviction
of a man who was sent to prison for a murder in
Chorleywood in 1994.
Kevin Lane was jailed for murdering car dealer
Robert Magill who was shot dead in the village while
walking his dog.
Jailed for over 18 years, Lane has always
protested his innocence and has launched a
number of attempts to appeal.
Lane had a history of
using his fists but, people say he was not a person
who would commit such a violent crime.
