THREE YEAR SENTENCE
An angry Chorleywood barman
who accused a group of Scotsmen
of staring at his girlfriend has
been jailed for three years and
banned from driving for 10 years
after his car hit one of them in
Rickmansworth.
Nathan Rutter, who worked at the
White Horse Pub, drove up the wrong
side of Uxbridge Road before mounting
the pavement at between 30 and 40
miles per hour.
Rutter, 20, of Longlees, Maple Cross,
said he had only meant to scare the
men. His car clipped Michael Wilson
before striking Michael Robb who was
knocked unconscious.
