Oliver Dowden grew up in Radlett and is looking forward to working in the constituency; he now lives in St Albans and is excited to work at a local level in a community he calls home. “It’s good to come back and represent the place I grew up in, I have a lot of local connections and it will be a privilege to stand as a candidate for the area,” he said.
