Oliver who lives just outside the constituency in St Albans and grew up in Radlett, said he is looking forward to working at a local level in a community he calls home. “It’s good to come back and represent the place I grew up in, I have a lot of local connections and it will be a privilege to stand as a candidate for the area,” he said.
