People in Borehamwood are being
asked for their views on an ambitious
project which would see the town
twinned with Zhuhai in China.
The idea came from Charles Kelly,
Elstree & Borehamwood Town Councillor.
Mr Kelly, a member of the Elstree
and Borehamwood Rotary Club, was
approached by Peter Wong-Morrow, a
Chinese businessman and fellow club
member who made initial contact with
officials in China and said they were keen
to establish links with Borehamwood.
