is hoping to be named the
UK’s best bodybuilder later
this month.
Emma Sills, 33, will be
bidding for the national title in
Manchester after she won the
Central Championships at the
Alban arena in St Albans on
July 21 in only her second year
of competition.
If she wins that event,
she’ll qualify for the World
Championships which are in
Miami in November.
