In June this year, the BAFTAS (Bryngwyn and Family Technology and Art Showcase) took place, raising money for ‘Ty Hafan’. During the evening, audiences had the opportunity to watch a variety of musical and drama events from across Bryngwyn School and its family of primary schools. In addition, there were displays from the PE, Design & Technology and Art departments. This year's event also included many local businesses showcasing their products and there was a special appearance from the Scarlets’ very own ‘Cochyn’. This year the BAFTAS raised a massive £550 for Ty Hafan. A huge thank you to all those involved in the event and we look forward to seeing you all next year. Eco Design is ‘Top of the Class’ England’s cricketers won the first test, but Bryngwyn had its own cricket score to celebrate as it waved goodbye this summer to 4 members of staff who have between them notched up an amazing 132 years of teaching at Bryngwyn!
