If all taxpayer can remember and for those who were not informed or were not aware of it, the IRS has issued an average of 9 out of 10 IRS taxes refunds to US taxpayers last year in less than twenty one days. This year, 2013, the IRS is expected to have the same results. Well, that wouldn't be far enough because as of today, the IRS has a new system that will make the turnaround time faster by the time the taxpayer submits his IRS tax refund application and acknowledged accordingly by the Internal Revenue Service.
