Abstract-A large amount of unavoidable money is spent on the maintenance of any existing software
systems.
Software maintenance cost is generally higher than the development cost therefore reducing
maintenance cost is a necessary task of today’s software industries.
Software system includes similar bugs
at different places which makes system inefficient n takes extra time and effort to deal with them.
As a
result the cost of software maintenance activities is increased.
