Sellers are once again in control, enforcing their
asking prices and willing to hold out until the best offer comes along.
A Seller’s Market
According to information obtained from Prithi Daswani of Centurion Realty Group, not since 2005, have we seen sellers
unwilling to compromise on low offers and terms when selling their home.
Once again they are demanding closing costs,
enforcing escalator clauses and walking away from prices they consider unreasonable.
