What is PPCO? & its relationship to SWOT analysis
We all know what the letters in SWOT analysis stand for, but what about PPCO? they are:
Pluses, Potential, Concerns (Fears) & Overcomes Concerns (or Options/ Opportunities)
Recently on twitter, having posted a tweet about SWOT, I was asked about PPCO.
I had heard
of it but had not done much research on it, or its applications or history.
