named was thought in 1998 when the Chinese Communist Party feared
that the Chinese Democracy Party would start a new powerful network
that they would not be able to control so the Chinese Communist Party
banned the Chinese Democracy Party which was followed by several
arrests and the start of the Golded Shield Project which was completed in
two parts the first was finished in 2006 the second in 2008 and disallows
anyone in the country to access things the Chinese government has
deemed harmful to the country.
