One more year was held in Olivares the Baroque Market .
In
this holiday the whole village of Olivares is transformed into
the time of the Count-Duke of Olivares.
The streets are
decorated like in the past, sellers from other parts come to
sell typical things of this epoch and some persons dress like
our forbears .

The village of Olivares has celebrated its X Baroque Market, which
started in the year 2003.
During this festival this village returns to the
epoch of I validate of the king Philip IV, the Count - Duke of Olivares.
It is celebrated from Thursday, 10th
May until next Sunday 13th
May.
It is one of the most important tourist and cultural events of the
province that, already last year, overcame fully 35.
000 visitors.
There
will add this year as new attractions the new museum of the
Brotherhood of the Vera Cruz, the new sets of the stand installed by
the Town Hall of Olivares and a complete remodelled Plaza
