advanced fields of science such as biology, genetics, biotechnology, microbiology, molecular
biology, life systems technologies, biomedical technologies, pharmacogenomics etc.
The Manipal Life Sciences Centre (MLSC) carries out advanced research on clinical and
biotechnological issues that are relevant to human health.
Its research and developmental
activities are actively supported by DBT, India in Translational Medicine, ICMR, DST, BRNS
and several other industry partners.
Fortified by its excellent research faculty, facility and
resources, and the various international conferences and workshops that it conducts, the institute
