Re: Solutions to the problems sales team
Duo to the moved to a senior management position for Vanessa Bryant, we have decide
that Nigel Fraser will be the next Sales Manager.
In order to Nigel strengthens his team building skills, we sent to a training course.
We have asked to Vanessa that she gives accompaniment to Nigel for one month in
order to Nigel meet better his sales staff.
Concerning the meeting problems of the sales team, we choose a leader of each group
from the sales team (Fax Machine, Plasma Screens, Data projectors new products),
that person will give to Nigel each two week sales reports.
According to the requirement from the headquarters, we decided to dismiss Markus
